Mortgage repayment

I am paying back by interest only equity taken out on my property.. The interest payment is the most managble on the market I have found and the Scottish Building Society to have been most helpfull in guiding me throughout the process of setting up the repayments with my Bank Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Quick, easy and helpful

Was a good experience. I asked to upgrade the valuation to include a level 2 survey which saved me paying twice. Once for a valuation and again for a survey. Service was very friendly albeit sometimes a bit difficult to understand because I don't speak Scottish. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Not happy with this remortgage at all

I have remortgaged many times over the last 20 years and this has been the worst yet!! Having to provide paperwork for an extension that's been up for 10 years. Some i had to buy from the council. There's an ongoing dispute with the solicitors you use and myself and the mortgage centre in regards to lying, with holding information and not providing me with the correct information.
