The process for approval is cumbersome compared to previous lenders RBS and Santander. Got there eventually though after providing documents I’d never been asked for before! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

We had no problem with setting up our mortgage for the Scottish Building Society. We did have some small issues with the legal side which caused some delay however nothing that would stop me from recommending them. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

As per title, SBS have been fantastic dealing with our mortgage for our new home. Due to rising rates, we were concerned that our new build wouldn’t be ready before the expiration of the offer.
