We only have the savings bond, so very little contact or use of the service, but staff are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We like the personal service. Rates are competitive. Requested tax certificate and it arrived in the next day's post. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

The Inverness branch staff have always been patient and helpful. I made a mess of activating my onnline e-save issue 3 account, but Kirsty and Lauren on the helpline sorted me out and must be commended for their patience dealing with a man with sausage fingers. Reviewed on: 10th October 2024

Staff are professional, efficient, friendly and very kind. A lovely experience coming into Troon. Scottish B Soc though reduced rate to 3.75 from 4.25 which I was not happy about. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
