Only as good as your staff.

I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN COMPUTING ALL MY LIFE AS A LECTURER AND DEVELOPER. HOWEVER GETTING OLDER I AM NOT SO SHARP AS I USED TO BE. I had some problems when I messed up the logging into my account that I could not solve. I contacted the help number where I was introduced to Ms. Audrey Smith who had an amazing amount ot patience and after listening to my sob story was very pleasant and solved my problems very quickly. Above and beyond
