Exceptional service with a wonderful team!

Dawn was very helpful and informative when I made my initial enquiry regarding the necessary paperwork and identity documents. She happened to be at the desk on arrival about a week later and was just as helpful in arranging the meeting with the product representative, Katie. Katie was clear and concise in her communication, explaining the various products available and their differences, giving balanced and unbiased information. The process of opening an account was seamless and quick, and gave me every faith I'd chosen the correct institution and branch to engage. Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
