Friendly, personal, investable

I like smallness, don't have a standing person directing me, like the personal touch. Like the queuing time, not existent. Friendly staff. Better rtaes for members. Staff knowledgeable. On the same day Nationwide offered me a cheque account with 0 funds in it allowed so I could easily transfer monies from an instant access account should I wish. As I don't like online, it would save a trip to the branch. On the same day I visited two other building societies. They are now several days behind Scottish in returning new account books.
