Exceeded all expectations

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was able to open an account straight away when I visited the relationship centre. Welcome pack was received within a few days and was followed up with a call to ensure it had arrived. This met with the expectations advised when I opened the account. Local, reliable, friendly

Have just been with the Society for one year. Have spoken on the phone twice just to get clarification about things. I like the fact this is a proper building society.
