Excellent customer service by phone & e-mail

Have had a few contacts lately with SBS: (1) Loraine/Glasgow: phonecall was answered swiftly by the member of staff, clearly human and conversing professionally yet naturally and friendly, and who was able to deal with my query easily [all much appreciated ie no long wait with repetitive music, no robotic reading from script, etc.]; (2) Katie/Troon: a message sent at the weekend and which was responded to swiftly by the member of staff early on the next working day and actioned immediately [this reassurance was much appreciated as it had been a matter of concern].
