Get what is offered

I have had loans from banks/building societies that advertise a certain rate..... Of course I qualified for a loan, but at time of signature the % rate has changed "due to circumstance" and of course it went higher. However Shawbrook advertised what I got and for that I respect them as an institution. Thank you Shawbrook and shame on the others that wont see me again. Reviewed on: 6th February 2019
