No hidden catches

I got a quote for my loan via a soft search and when I proceeded to full application was told that I would be called as part of the process. Often times when this happens I end up with an offer completely different to what I was originally told. Not with Shawbrook. They honoured my original quote and the application phone call was straightforward and friendly. I had applied for a big sum in personal loan terms and I expected a grilling and long drawn out process. Shawbrook were thorough, but friendly and reassuring throughout. Highly recommend.
