Good customer service and savings rates

I’ve contacted their customer services a few times and, while not always the fastest to reply, they have been very helpful and answered my queries completely. Their savings rates are good too so I think I’m getting good value for money. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

I have banked with Shawbrook for several years and always found their customer services to be very helpful, and their intest rates more than satisfactory.
