Online account is easy to navigate. There are a good range of products available at competitive rates & I was notified in plenty of time when my investment was about to mature. Easy online cash ISA with great interest rate.

I opened a cash ISA with Shawbrook in 2023. The rate was very competitive and it was incredibly easy to do online. I also asked them to arrange transfer from an existing ISA with another provider. All completed without fuss. Excellent comms and the customer service was excellent on the one instance I had to phone. Can’t fault them. I took out another ISA with them when the first one matured because of the competitive rates and the simplicity of doing it. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2025
