Found the website easy to navigate, I had a question on ringing the call was answered quickly by a "human" and clear guidance given. So easy the standard by which other should be judged, what's more the interest rate offered was/is one of the best avaiable Reviewed on: 20th March 2025

I've been using Shawbrook for about 10 years when an account natures there's usually another suitable account. I wouldn't apply for another if I didn't feel comfortable with Shawbrook. I've had little reason to contact customer service. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
