I have always found Shawbrook to be easy to deal with

I have always found Shawbrook to be easy to deal with and very responsive to any queries or requests, eg when upgrading savings to latest issue number. They keep up with interest rate changes, so always seem competitive when compared to other providers. Their customer portal is easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
