Friendly and easy to navigate

Easy access to the customer service, website is easy to navigate even for non tech savvy older people IMO. Competitive rates and transactions work easily with my main bank. Notmally use trusted e mail for actions but customer service answers in good time. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026
