Easy to deal with

I always prefer dealing with mutual organisations and the people at Shepherds Friendly have been very easy to get on with. When I was looking to set up tax-efficient savings plans for my children outside of an ISA allowance that are only available from friendly societies, Shepherds made it very straightforward.
