Joining was a simple and user-friendly process

Quite impressed, early days

I was impressed with an initial phone call after taking out the fund. It is not as transparent as some other types of funds I have used where an almost daily value of your investments can be seen, so it will be a suprise at the end of the year to see if there has been a change of value of the investments. Friendly society

I joined in 2018 all I can say is how friendly and helpful the staff at the call centre are full of information and nothing seems to be to much even received follow up call to make sure I understood everything and I was happy.
