Delighted with service

Best customer service out of all ISAs I have ever held. Reviewed on: 7th January 2018

They put the Friendly into their name

I wanted to start saving a small amount regularly and came across Shepherds Friendly. It was so easy and quick to set up on line and they have always been great to deal with if I have any queries. In fact they should be called Shepherds ‘Very’ Friendly. Sorry for the pun Reviewed on: 7th January 2018

Decent enough I guess

Great customer Service and Account Management

Love the ease of getting information, speaking to customer services etc. Love how they Keep me up to date on my account and provide ways of easily investing more. Love the online tools to help me view my account. Reviewed on: 6th January 2018

Very friendly personable company to deal with

I have found calling them means I get through to a REAL person very quickly; no endless computerised voices and menus - something of a rarity these days. Reviewed on: 6th January 2018
