Up until Christmas I was happy with my savings.

Up until Christmas I was happy with my savings. But I increased my savings amount and then it started to pay off my loan instead of savings. I increased my savings for my holidays. I didn't realise they had done this for wks so I lost a chunk of savings. Contacted them said it was sorted. It wasnt again a few wks past and contacted them again. For a few wks it was sorted so didn't check it until tonight I.ve found last 4 wks they done the same again paying it off my loan so dou... Reviewed on: 9th April 2025
