Amazing People help me throughout the whole application, and we're so understanding of the situation. If anyone is struggling with debt and needs help whether a dro or any other debt help. From nervousness to at ease in one call.

I was incredibly nervous and full of dread about the financial situation I found myself in. One phone call with Money Wellness and I was immediately put at ease. All the staff that I spoke with where incredibly empathetic about my situation and very helpful. I am now back to myself thanks to the wonderful staff here at Money Wellness. Cannot praise high enough!

I contacted Money Wellness at an awful time in my life. Debts spiralling out of control and my mental health was taking a hit. Loss of sleep and no way out. Money wellness were not only able to offer a range of solutions, they were professional and empathetic. They helped and didn’t judge. Long wait time.

Long wait time. It took a really long time for anyone to call us back, even when we booked a time slot they only got back to us almost a week later. Communication between colleagues at money wellness was not great. In the end we got it sorted. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
