I’m so thankful to Money Wellness.. from my initial enquiry my DRO took 5 days to be approved… the process was straight forward and there was no judgment just compassion and understanding.. I dealt with Tom initially in the DRO department who was just brilliant.. so helpful and supportive helping me get all my ducks in a row in order to progress to the next step.. I then spoke to Mike who was my intermediary.. I can’t fault him.. extremely professional and thorough.. and he made the whole process very easy and straightforward for me.. after spending such a long time worrying about debt I can now breathe again and look forward to a brighter future debt free.. Except for a cancelled DRO write up appointment without notice after 2 days pre booking everything else went well I managed to get everything resolved and my application was approved and I have some peace of mind. Reviewed on: 6th July 2024

All team members were exceptionally calm

All team members were exceptionally calm with me and demonstrated an exceptional level of empathy towards both my situation and, more important for me, the difficulties my mental health affords me.
