Helped and explained the process from start to finish. Spending time to support you through all the application and double checking to make sure nothing is missed off from your debts and reassessing the process is stress free. When I first heard about the DRO I was really worried as I had only heard bad things about DRO’s, but that wasn’t my experience. From start to finish everyone was kind, friendly, offered a lot of support, helped at every need and were amazing at their jobs but you could tell they cared! I can’t thank all of you enough! Dealing with debt can be hard you feel guilt and shame. The wonderful people at money wellness were so understanding and compassionate I am finally on my way to living again.
