Not only where they compassionate they where great at explaining and ensuring I had the best service possible, Mike who processed my application was absolutely impeccable and provided every detail I needed to know, he made me feel at ease and he was a pleasure to talk too, he didn’t make me feel stupid when I didn’t understand something he simply said don’t you worry and explained with different words as I am very hard of understanding and even the simplest of sentences. He left me with all my questions answered without me having to ask many, he took his time with everything and I’m just so thankful and grateful that I had Mike to do this process with!
