Pay £6 pm or get lost is their attitude to existing customers.

Slow to respond on the app, if you speak to two different advisors you will get two different answers and now they want £6 pm for the privilege! Reviewed on: 14th January 2020

Brilliant Travel and Consumer Accesory

I obtained my card a couple of years ago and use it to purchase virtually everything amp pay back every month. I get cash back on purchases and use it all the time abroad when I travel. I went to Madagascar and put a credit of cash on my card and was able to draw cash from cash machines at a much higher rate than changing cash with no charges. Similarly any where I travel I use the card wherever I can and get a higher rate of exchange on purchases. The fact that you get an instant notification with the phone app when you make a purchase reduces the potential for fraud, along with a verification pin to your phone for online purchases. Does exactly what it says

Excellent exchange rates and money back

Got a Tandem CashBack credit card for overseas travel as the advertised FX rates looked very good and the bonus of 0.5% cashback. Was so impressed I stopped using my other cards.
