Very easy to use and professional

EXCELLENT WITH VERY RESPONSIVE COMMUNICATION

Very easy on all levels we have 3 separate currency accounts and so easy to transfer between each. Very good and clear reporting information provided and the App works so well in real banking time. Paying in cheques online very useful and fast but would like to see the amount increased anything over £1000 has to be physically posted which is a bit of a pain but fortunately not many of our transactions are done by cheque. We have recommended Starling Bank to our family and friends as well as other business's who now have accounts and they are very happy that they made the switch from their previous high street banks. Challenger bank that exceeds expectations

Great banking product.

I've used multiple other banking products, personally and for the business. From Tide to RBS. Starling is undoubtedly up there in most useable yet powerful. I'd say the only issue is the lack of an overdraft facility. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

A refreshing approach to banking

After months of frustration with high street banks we moved to Starling. What a breath of fresh air. Rapid customer service and the approach to mobile banking keep you in control. Even on bank holiday they helped me recover account with a smashed phone. Amazing service. Hsbc are still trying to work out if they want to provide business support!! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Whilst most banks service levels have deteriorated over the past few years, starling offers great fast personal service. Also the mobile app was designed to meet the needs of the modern banker. The bank that make the complex simple and is on your side

When I started my business I went to my personal bank to open an business account. It was incredibly complex and I would have to wait 5 weeks to speak to a business advisor- I had banked with them for 30 years. I went to Starling as I saw them online. The sorted everything in 1 day and I was good to go. They are good at what they do and are available to help on the phone when you need advice. Brilliantly simple and simply brilliant.
