A Business Account that makes life Easy

This was my first business account and from my first introduction to Starling it has been fantastic. The App was really easy to navigate and setting up the account was quick and easy. Since then it's been full steam ahead and the online support has been first class. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Simple, cheap and robust

Starling offers a fantastic business bank account. There are no monthly fees, good integration with my accounting software and a great app for day to day transactions. Thoroughly recommended! Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

Not equipped for Businesses

Starling is not equipped for business, they're great for personal use, or if you're a very new startup. However if you require any services such as loans or overdrafts, which I would consider standard, then Starling is not for you. They do not have a dedicated business team and do not understand business needs. We're still relatively small, turning over 100k, but not having an overdraft facility to handle any unexpected cash flow issues is a worry to me as a business owner. Fortunately, I haven't needed one, but it seems ridiculous to me that they won't offer it. But as a personal customer, I can apply for one.. Avoid Starling and pay for a proper business banking service. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
