No longer interested in Small Business banking

We have just ended our accountancy partnership agreement with Starling due to the poor service from Starling Bank to our clients over the past 12 months and we can no longer refer any clients (due to these poor service levels). It has become increasingly difficult (more or less impossible for new start-ups) to open a basic current account, there has been no development with their business current accounts including lack of overdraft option, adding a signatory and no rewards or benefits. Account simple to open and operate

Great bank

I changed from Barclays to Starling because Barclays was charging me a monthly fee for having a business account. So glad I did! Starling's a joy to use, reminders of outgoing payments and instant transfers. I also have a Starling personal account. What's not to like? Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

So easy and friendly to use!
