Amazing Intuitive Bank

Outstanding business account opening experience

Having started a new company, I needed a new bank account. I wanted one with full online capability and having reviewed the market, decided on Starling. I was expecting to have to send some kind of physical documentation, which, during the pandemic and with a broken printer, wasn't going to be easy. As it turned out, I was able to do everything online. Sweet! Then, the icing on the cake: I had been sent some personal cheques that I needed to pay in. My existing personal accounts did not have mobile/app pay-in facilities, and I wasn't looking forward to standing in line at the post office/etc. So I thought, how about a Starling personal account? About 5 taps later - yes, really - I had a new personal Starling account. Another handful of taps and 4 pictures later, and the 2 cheques were paid in too. OUTSTANDING! Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Wish we had transferred years ago!

Refreshing change from other banks

24 hour service with human interaction- not automated. Speedy resolution to queries. Instantly notified of transactions. Easy to set up new payees . Can access and send certified bank statements to my accountant . What is not to like ! Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Excellent ideas bringing banking forward

The app is fantastic, ease of use to get onto desktop banking if requited. The marketplace helps with 3rd party products but not forced on you. Ease of spending if abroad and the option of an account to spend makes it easier. 24 hr customer service blows traditional banks out of the water. Look forward to many years dealing with Starling.
