Straightforward banking

All good apart from the Xero integration which seems to have stopped working for me. No reply to my message. No answer on the phone. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Easy non complicated customer friendly

Unlike Natwest my other business account. Starling make you feel appreciated and genuinely seem to want to make banking easier and affordable. After 17 years business banking with other banks, Starling are by far better. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Easy to use, friendly app

Starling was there when i needed them the most.

Starling was there when i needed them the most. A super efficient start to banking life with them and when it really mattered most to me. Positive review so far

I have recently switched both personal and business banking to Starling. Overall, a fantastic service which gives me everything I need for banking. My only reservation is when my app denied access and I made an online chat query about it asking for a reply by email as, I was unable to wait - being 38th in the queue, I still did not get a reply to date. I am a little apprehensive as to what happens in terms of customer service if I have a problem which I am unable to resolve quickly in the future. Also, unable to use in link machines. That said, I would still recommend to others in favour of a high street branch. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Everything in an instant

Transfers are instant, all your outgoings are notified to you before the day they go out. Online banking security is excellent. For once it's nice to login and see where your money is! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Outstanding banking for my small business: for me Starling achieves exactly the right balance between simplicity and a full set of features. No card fees abroad when I travel for work.
