Everything you need in an excellent package

Excellent app functionality, prompt customer service responses - one of the only banks offering business accounts during the pandemic, when I needed it most! Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Scab for small business

Super easy to setup - just be aware that you must link your business account to a personal account - I Had all my money frozen as I was unaware I couldn’t use a personal account for sole trader purposes. This was a nightmare to resolve but fortunately didn’t significantly impact me as they did unfreeze my account after I had to get a customer to explain why they sent me two lots of money. Wonderful - No Issues!

Great to be with a bank that were already at the top of their game in terms of Digital before Covid-19 hit. It is such a pleasure to be able to do all that I need quickly and easily and not have to waste valuable business hours on sorting out my banking. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Straight forward banking

Starling is by far the best banking experience I’ve had. They are helpful, straight forward and have great customer service. They communicate with you through every process and have made setting up my own business very easy. I have recommended Starling to my family and friends and I will continue to do so. Brilliant, easy to use

Simple, Secure, Super!

The app is a joy to use. Security is so much simpler to navigate than clunky old-skool banks with their security handsets. Love the "ping" of incoming payments (less so the ping when I make a payment... ;) Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Easy and streamlined

I have a personal account with Starling as well as a business account and the later is being used the most. The service is amazing and the support is fast via the chat. I do love how easy is to bank for my business and to place every transaction in a specific category and also leave a note. I would never want to return to one of the high street banks.
