Very happy with all aspects of the account

I have no complaints at all. I particularly like being able to pay in the few cheques that we still receive by sending them to a Freepost address, and even better, we'll soon be able to pay them in from a phone. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

So good that I will close all other bank accounts

I initially applied for a business bank account with a competitor similar to Starling Bank. After more than a week of frustrating email conversations to open an account I decided to move on and to try Starling. Within 24 hours Starling opened my bank account. The app is extremely user-friendly. The support is gratifying. A few months later I opened my personal accounts with them and will move my high street bank accounts over to Starling.
