Amazing account, so easy to use

Brilliant app, does everything you need from a bank account and more, all from your mobile phone. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

A godsend

I searched long and hard for a business bank account with conditions in mind: a) free, b) easy to setup (I pretty much only looked at mobile-only banks!), and c) self maintained (not using a company like PrePayTec for its cards) Starling was the only company I found that met all of those conditions and for that I truly rate the service 10/10 Reviewed on: 2nd January 2020

Changed my banking life

I work in the financial sector, and so am quite wary of the products because I'm a bit too familiar with how customers can be screwed. Starling genuinely provide what is needed in the modern day of being in control of your finances, and their customer support has been excellent. Best For Functionality & Ease

I've found Starling Bank easy to use and I can track my spending much more easily and I get notified when and where I use my card to make purchases, I can track daily & monthly spending easily and quickly through the app and I can set up spaces, allowing me to save money or create pots for different things, like if I wanted to save for something special or for emergencies, I can do so nice and quickly with just a few taps. Extremely good bank

Starling is the best bank I have ever been with - hands down. Excellent app - good customer service. The only think they need to do to put the cherry on top is to launch paying in cheques through the app. Reviewed on: 31st December 2019

Exceptional in every respect.

The absolute best bank I have ever used

I’ve used all the new start up banks and they all had their limitations, but not Starling. It’s mobile app is the best available, their support is fast and really helpful and the multiple users on a single business account is making my life so much easier! Some concerns

Yet to be convinced cash is safe. On a few occasions transactions taken incorrectly but Starling says 'you'll get it back within 30 days.' Other concern is that you can only call 'in emergencies'. Apart from that, ok so far. Reviewed on: 30th December 2019
