Everything you need want and more

I have been a customer of Starling since 2018 and in that time I have seen progression, sensibility, sensitivity, common sense and all the features as advertised by other banks before said banks. You have an issue by the time you've spoken to customer services the issue is resolved. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel like a valued customer. My kids now have kite cards and I am able to teach them money management, online safety, budgeting, etc. I have full control nothing has been forgotten. I feel safe and secure with starling as do my kids my money and my wellbeing. I will sing the praises of starling for as long as anyone will listen Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great to teach finances

Giving children the right tools to be money savvy

The Starling Kite account has been perfect for my 9 year old daughter. Other than feeling very grown up at owning the Kite card, it has actually encouraged her to save more. She can see via the app what she is spending and when money is transferred into her account. It's now more about the money going in rather than spending imaginary never ending money! Perfect! Amazing Childrens Account

Both of my children have their own spaces with cards they can use independently. We transfer them pocket money every week in return for jobs in the house. They can then choose what to spend it on. We set the daily limit & allow or disallow card payments in the shop or online. I get notified of each spend as it occurs. My oldest has 2 spaces now, one for savings as he has realised that it disappears if you spend it. Its a brilliant way to give a little self sufficiency & education on money which is effectively theirs.
