Very easy to use

A very easy and simple way of banking Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Refreshingly good

The app looks good and is straight forward to use. Linking Kite Spaces for the children is easy. If they misplace their card, it is easy to temporarily freeze the card through the app. Then unfreeze it once the card is found. Although the platform has grown, ‘help’ still feels personal. Let’s hope HSBC don’t buy it !!! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great for children

Easy and simple

Really easy to use App , helps our teenager learn and understand the importance of having a bank , savings and being more independent when out with friends with the added safety that we as parents can see what she is doing and what’s is being spent. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Always there to help

One of my biggest worries about giving my kids a card was security and what if they lose it as we all know they will. Well I have found the 3 cards (15y old, 13 and 11) really easy to manage and work with over the years. Of course there have been lost cards but because I can access the card spaces from my app I've never worried, replacement card in a few days and amazing customer service. Excellent on line banking for adults and children

Great online banking. All very easy. Great for children to be able to manage their own money from a young age. Excellent to use abroad too with favourable exchange rates and no charges. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
