Great that they get their own space, with a debit card for withdrawing cash and making payments online, but all visible by me, and with good controls. They get their own app, so they can check the balance at any time. The only real drawback is the lack of functionally like direct debits, for example for paying a mobile phone bill. Also I have to manually pro-rate interest payments. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Excellent account for kids

Kids were very happy to have their own debit cards and it's free too. The only kids bank account that is free and issues debit cards to 6 year olds too. Most others only issue cards from 11 years, or charge you. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Starling is an amazing bank.

Starling is an amazing bank. The notifications especially give total control over my and my kids' finances. The app is easy to use and when I've needed support, I've got it straight away. Way better than the other one I looked at! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
