World class customer service

When I set up the Kite accounts, I needed to link my children's Kite apps to my Starling Bank app on my phone. It worked perfectly and instantly on two of my three children's accounts. Starling technical support were brilliant. They were professional, patient and thorough talking me through everything. When it still didn't work, they informed me they were working on a new method using QR codes and kept me informed at all stages until it was released and it worked straight away. Brilliant functionality.
