The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy, customer-focussed banking

A refreshing approach to banking that puts customers in control and offer innovative thinking to a stuffy and self-important industry. Having worked for other banks as well as being an account holder, Starling are FAR more progressive and much warmer to customers generally. Transparent, efficient, simple!

Starling keeps me clearly informed of all my transactions and it’s never complicated or inefficient. The site works so well I enjoy using it, unlike some other banks where I dread it!
