The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

I love STARLING! I have never been disappointed with STARLING'S customer service: Their online chat service, as well as their telephonic customer service, gets a FIVE STAR RATING from me as queries are dealt with and sorted out immediately. I tell everyone - family, friends and colleagues about STARLING BANK'S superb service. The mobile app is user friendly and allows me to control my banking needs from my telephone and online banking is equally as good. I have a bank account with another bank in the UK which I have had forever, and STARLING beats their service one hundred times over! Keep up the great service, STARLING, and thank you!
