The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Smart starling banking

Technically excellent

Compared with first direct app, first direct is Stone Age. Best for me are the almost total lack of overseas charges. \ironically, first direct are absolutely hell compared with anyone when used abroad. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Amazing modern bank that just works

At every step my experience with Starling has been flawless. From transfer to creating a joint account to online support and the app is just amazing. Everything works and the icing on the cake is the lack of charges for using the dab it card abroad. I almost forgot the saving spaces have also provided an amazing tool that has transformed our approach to short term savings. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Very convinient banking

Starling Bank made it everything easy to send money,to pay bills,to review your spending and much much more.It is easy to send money abroad.Viee statements.I like when I receive a notification message when money is sent or spent.I am getting my payment reminders.Easy to set up standing orders,change them.There are more convenient things to do as it is for private person or someone's bussiness.
