If you need them, they're there for you.

Can't really fault Starling - if you need help, they're there. But if you don't need help, they aren't intrusive. The app is quick and clean (and not too gimmicky, unlike some other banking apps) and even though they're a newer "non brick-and-mortar" bank, they feel professional. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Easy to set up and great visibility

I had to change bank as my previous bank was withdrawing service. I was with one account and no transfer service was possible. So I was very stressed but it has been so easy to set up payments and send my bank details to my pension companies.
