I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great Bank

Great bank, modern and has everything you need. I haven’t spoken with anyone there yet as I’ve only just moved so not sure about customer service. But so far so good. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022

Since getting an account with Starling I’ve had no problems doing online purchases or using Google pay. Being an online bank makes it so easy to check or make payments or even making savings spaces. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022
