The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Just what I want from an online bank

No unnecessary features although I don't use all of them. Straightforward to use and secure with fingerprint security. No problems to date and a small interest payment each month although it's a current account. Reviewed on: 19th February 2022

So happy we changed to Starling

Outstanding Functionality
