Was great, not okay

Love my GBP & Euro accounts. Very professional UI, great functionalities and tools. Need more categories to private private accounts. Business account has plenty different categories. But something happened with customer support in 2021 as it is not efficient as it was before. Still waiting for responses to my emails sent to Starling in Feb & Apr 2021 (yes, 2021). In 2020 my feedback was solid 5*, but not any more. Hopefully, Starling will pick up on issues soon Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

This is everything I want in a Current Account - clear information, informing me what I've spent and what is coming up. Easy transfers of money in and Spaces for some savings. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Finances at a glance

So easy to use, I appreciate getting advance notice of upcoming direct debits, being advised when my card is used, being able to set aside funds for various bills, projects etc. And best of all, never having to stand in a bank queue again! Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
