Excellent

The only feature it was missing just dropped this year - you can now pay bills from a goal. Been a Starling customer since 2018 and everything always went smoothly. Never had a problem. Would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Easy to use banking app

The starling banking app is so easy to use with an intuitive visual approach. I love how you can label outgoings and income easily and visually so you know exactly what you have spent were. The payee verification process makes me feel very secure and the the saving spaces are perfect for allocating money and again are extremely user friendly. Looking forward to trying the function to add in receipt photos to make my life even easier. I will definitely be creating my 11yr old his first bank account with Starling very soon. Easy, ultra-modern but still human

Banking with Starling has been a flawless experience. The UX is great and the customer service is fast, friendly, human and effective. I feel more engaged & in control of my money than I ever have and very much enjoy Starling’s flexible features - you really can make your current account work for you with Starling, rather than feeling at the mercy of big, slow, clunky bureaucracy. Easy to set up fast and efficient transactions, moving money is easy stacks of features, cheques can be cashed with a smart phone, no need to go to the bank. Saves you stress, time and money... Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Amazing bank

Why don't other banks do what starling do? Everything being online is so much more convenient than having to go into a branch. When I changed my name, it was an email away. No faffing around with sending off letters like my other banks have asked. It shows up the other banks as being outdated and unnecessary. I hope everyone who is tech literate makes the change to starling. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
