The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

It just works

This is how a banking app should work. It's fast, flexible and works in a way that feels natural. I'd like to see customisable categories, but am sure that will come in due course and does nothing to reduce my 5-star rating. Excellent modern Banking

Really easy to get started and really easy to keep using!

Simply A Joy

Starling bank “just gets it”! The app is super friendly to use, intuitive, gives me the authority and power to make adjustments how and when I want. More importantly it is extremely stable as well. I really feel in control of my money with Starling. I have another account with a high street bank and I always somehow feel that they think they are doing me a favour by letting me give them my money. You almost have to ask for permission every time you want to do something but Starling just trust that you know what you you want and need from your account. It is also sooooo refreshing to deal with a bank and its app that isn’t continuously trying to sell me other products. I don’t think I have ever had to contact Starling with a query or complaint because everything just works how it should first time every time. The other banks could learn an awful lot from Starling but they have let them steal a march which will be incredibly difficult to catch up from. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Accessible, ethical, easy to use and great way to save.

I wish I'd switched to starling years ago. I am disabled so can't easily access banks in person, which so many depend on. I love starling's ethics and accessibility, and the app is so clear and easy to use. I love that I can round up to add pennies to my savings, it's making a real difference. A game changer

My partner made the switch to Starling some time ago but I had remained with a different bank. When Starling launched the Bills space I was sold and made the switch there and then. I've not regretted it for one moment and it's definitely been a game changer for me and managing my spending. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
