Absolutely fantastic app - finally banking for the 21st century

Starling is a breath of fresh air, easy to search transactions that happen in real time and spaces help us budget and get ready for the reality of life in a way that absolutely no high street bank does. Great support and a fantastic user experience, amazing Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Customer Service is the best I have had!

Since I joined Starling late last year, I have had such a great experience with their service. From transferring all my details across from my previous banking provider to their along with a couple of queries I had a long they way, the service has been out of this world! They are quick to respond and also to, later on, follow up to see if you managed to get everything sorted out. I will definitely recommend Starling Bank to one and all! Hassle free

Haven't had any issues yet. The times I have phoned with a query were dealt with promptly and professionally. The only issue I have is the overpayment at petrol stations. If that could be resolved then definitely would get a 5 star rating. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
