Leader of the pack

Starling places customer service at its heart: easy to use web & mobile apps, no fees for using one's card abroad, good interest rates, constant innovation in response to customers' feedback, eg I love the saving spaces facility, helpful and friendly updates (unlike the patronising tones of other high street banks' communications).
