The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Smart Banking.

Very simple and straight forward to navigate the App. My wife and I are both in our seventies and find it so useful to be able to complete all our banking requirements from our sitting room!! Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

how banking SHOULD be done

Barclays = lumbering, slow, increasingly out of touch with the needs of its customers. Starling = dynamic, nimble, tuned-in to the needs of its customers. Starling isn’t weighed-down by the creaky old processes, policies and attitudes of high street banks. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Great Banking - so easy

Starling is great - it allows me to manage my spending and I get instant updates of payments out and receipts coming in. I have full instant oversight of my spending. Why can't all banks do this? Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
