The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best ever

I'm new to Starling Bank. I Love it , you can even put your spending into categories so its easy to see where your money goes, you can even attach a copy or your receipt. I have been a customer of First Direct for many years, and am still a customer and they serve me well, but right from the first day that I opened a Starling account they impressed me. Brilliant bank

I’ve been with First Direct for almost thirty years and decided after considering the ethical side of banking that Starting was for new, the simplicity, ease of use, all speed, customer service and the AI it self of course which is fab, love spaces and saving the coppers from my card purchases. Flawless

My experience with Starling has been a breath of fresh air. Although initially it felt quite alien applying for a bank account on my phone the process was straighforward and enabled me to get my business up and running. Adding a Euro account was a breeze and transfers, hooking up account systems etc has all worked first time and error free! If you're unsure, go for it. Reviewed on: 12th February 2022
