The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

No hassle bank

No branches, no problem

My experience with Starling is hugely satisfying. They do what it says on the tin. Having no branches is not a problem. If I need to pay in cash I can do it at a Post Office. The speed of transferring money between different bank accounts shocked my sister. Seconds, not minutes or days. They notify me of every transaction immediately. No Ifs no Buts. Transparent, ease of use & everything you need!
